Bernadette Heier is the Managing Editor at Food On Demand. She brings with her years of prior experience as a multi-media journalist in the broadcast industry. Her current role consists of helping lead the editorial direction for the Food On Demand publication, creating content that covers the intersection of food, technology and mobility. She also helps build the company’s annual conference in Las Vegas and hosts various panels, virtual events, and Food On Demand’s podcast.
