Atul Sood
Atul has spent over a decade innovating in the restaurant / Food & Beverage
industries in a variety of roles spanning both the Fortune 500 and the startup
universe and is currently an advisor to a number of companies in the space.
Most recently, as the first employee and Chief Business Officer of Kitchen United, he was responsible for raising over $100 million (from investors including Google
Ventures, Fidelity, Simon Property Group, RBI, and others), managing brand
relationships (with brands such as Chik-Fil-A, Sweetgreen, Portillo’s, and more) and
striking a comprehensive relationship with Kroger to install ghost kitchens in
Kroger grocery stores.
Prior, Atul was Director of Global Business Development for McDonald’s Digital, a
business unit formed to help spur technological innovation across the restaurant and help McDonald’s build the ‘restaurant of the future’.
